Yes, we accept returns if you are not happy with your item. If your item is personalized, we will gladly have it remade for you or reship the item. We do request that you ship the original item back to us postage-paid by us within 30 days. Please double check your personalization fields carefully at checkout so we can ensure a smooth delivery!
We are glad to offer this returns policy up to 30 days after your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we simply need your name & email address on your order. We will give you the return label at that time to send your original item back.
